Well, I wasn’t really planning on doing it, but I did.
Tonight while stumbling across the internet I found a website that lists all the 5k, 10k, and half marathons for the area I live in. After perusing the list and figuring out how to adapt the training schedule I decided to sign up for a race in May.
That gives me 8+ weeks to train, which is needed (based on that whole I have a job and I’m a mom thing). My goal is to complete the run in about 30 or 35 minutes.
